Our breads are vegan and filled with the best, locally sourced, quality ingredients. The Falaoa Niu or coconut bread, is our best seller because it is simple but packs in flavour. Made with shredded coconut, coconut milk and not a hint of yeast! A quick bread recipe that is a staple in most Niuean households back on the tiny island, but a rarity found here in Otepoti. Best served with lashings of vegan butter (Nutellex, Olivani or your favourite vegan spread) AND strawberry jam. Not too sweet either and you can also pair it with savoury food like chicken, pork, veges or with your main meal. It is my favourite bread of all time and it has a special meaning; I get to share a part of my culture with you! (Rachel)

Our Paifala is renown around our local community and we are truly grateful to provide them with more favourite Pacific Island treats! This has also given us an opportunity to open the taste-buds of our audience, and reintroduce humble, comfort food for busy families and for those daring to try something outside their taste pallette. Made with a homemade sweet, short pastry, filled with a creamy pineapple infused custard, Paifala is enjoyed both warmed and chilled.
