+ Are you a shop-front type of bakery/caterer?

No. We are NOT a shop-front store. We operate as an online custom bake and catering kitchen out of our home-based kitchen. Pick-up address will be provided on all confirmed invoices.

+ What is Sweet Revelations' specialty?

We specialise in vegan-based celebration cakes, cupcakes, chocolate brownie slabs, and our most popular item: our bespoke number and letter cakes! We also provide fully tailored catering packages for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, and special events.

+ Do you provide catering and Pacific Island cuisine?

Yes! We specialise in authentic, beautifully prepared Pacific Island cuisine and fully tailored, per-person catering packages for events big and small, from birthdays and family gatherings to corporate functions and memorials. + How do we order?

To place an order or check our availability, please email us directly at info@sweetrevelations.co.nz or fill out an enquiry form on our How to Order page. Quotes are valid for 48 hours. Once we discuss your requirements and receive your 50% non-refundable deposit, your booking is officially secured!

+ Where are you located?

We are based in Brockville, Dunedin, New Zealand. The exact address for collection or delivery arrangements will be supplied on your invoice.

+ Do you have Gluten-Free options?

Yes! We have the capacity to fulfil gluten-free requests. However, please keep in mind that we also work with ingredients that contain gluten/wheat in our kitchen, though we take thorough precautions when preparing allergen-safe food.

+ What about other dietary requirements? (Dairy-free, nut-free, halal)

Yes, we can accommodate dairy-free, nut-free, and halal requirements upon request. While we do handle other ingredients in our kitchen, we ensure all equipment is fully sanitised when preparing tailored dietary orders.

+ Do you make customised birthday and wedding cakes?

Yes! Our celebration cakes are completely customisable to suit any theme, style, and taste. Get in touch with us to discuss your vision.

+ How much notice do you need for custom cakes and catering?

Because we handcraft everything fresh and use a per-person pricing model, we require at least 1 month's notice for major catering packages and custom bookings. Please review our full Terms & Conditions page for details on deposits, payments, and our cancellation policy.
