Also known as Half-Moon Pies, Pai Saiga and Pineapple Pies, these are a Pacific Island sweet treat. Encased in a buttery, sweet short crust pastry, is a balanced pineapple creamy custard. Best served warmed but can easily be enjoyed chilled. We have great delight in providing this special treat as it pays homage to our Pacific Island communities living here in Otepoti.

Our delicious chocolate brownies made with Whittaker's Creamy Milk and White Chocolate, and Cadbury's Milk Chocolate. We use high quality ingredients to provide beautiful, chunky and moreish brownies that your guests would love! We are yet to try making a Brownie Tower, but if you would like that as an option, feel free to let us know and we can make that happen.
