Fakaalofa lahi atu! I’m the face and founder behind Sweet Revelations. When I started this journey over four years ago, it began as a home-baked passion project. Since then, I’ve dedicated the last two years to evolving it into Dunedin’s trusted independent kitchen for modern Pasifika-inspired cuisine, artisan bakes, and professional-grade catering.

Holding a university degree in management and communication studies, I bring a strategic, operational edge to everything we do in the kitchen, stepping far beyond just a kitchen hobby. Today, alongside managing large-scale catering and corporate partnerships, I am also proud to serve as a local Pasifika Business Mentor, supporting other entrepreneurs on their paths.

Proudly rooted in my Niuean heritage, with my husband bringing his Samoan heritage into the mix, our cooking is deeply inspired by our favorite island flavors, elevated with a modern touch.

Sweet Revelations is proudly a family-operated enterprise. While I lead the kitchen and operations, my husband and our children are our greatest support crew, jumping in to assist with logistics, deliveries, and learning what it takes to build something from the ground up.
