TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Please read and acknowledge. By submitting an enquiry and/or paying a deposit you are confirming you agree with the following terms and conditions
HOW TO ORDER:

All orders, bookings and enquiries can be done in the following ways:

We operate as an online retail shop and do not have a store front. We may have a stall at your local market or festival. This would be a great opportunity to come and see me and my team selling samples of or cakes, baked treats and food from our catering menu.

All prices found on our website are in NZD. Payment instructions can be found on our invoice.

CAKE ORDERS & CATERING: 

Our policy for confirming an order (which includes custom/personalized cakes, catering & events) requires a 2 week notice period to be given by our customer with a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and booking. We also accept payment in full.

Once the invoice is provided to our customer, full payment is expected 3 days before your cake/order is due and for catering, full payment must be made at the commencement of your event, unless other arrangements have been made. See our Cancellations & Refunds for more information. 

An email must be provided for an invoice to be sent. Please provide an email that you use frequently so you do not miss a payment and ensure you check your spam/junk folders if one has not shown up in your inbox. We rely on your commitment to fulfill your duty as a customer to ensure you are informed of any invoices and payments to be received.

QUOTES:

These are given when requested and is offered for 48 hours, after which it will be cancelled and the booking quote will no longer be available. Availability is also a factor to consider and we will let you know if we have space to complete your order. Booking or at least enquiring at the earliest possible date will help us with your enquiry. Get in touch as soon as you can!

SMALL BATCH BAKES: 

For all our other bakery menu items (slices, pastries, breads and cupcakes) and catering required for small groups (10-20 pax):

- we will allow for up to 3 days notice to have these ready for you to pick-up or to be delivered. 

INGREDIENTS:

We will always strive to provide fresh, local ingredients. However, we also like to keep our customers informed of any delays. Should this occur we will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange for an alternative.

Gluten-free and dairy-free baking: We strive to provide options for our allergy friendly customers. We do offer gluten free treats. We also must state that we are not a licensed kitchen that provides or offers gluten free baking/food for the severely allergic. Please take care in ordering for your friends and family, as this could prove detrimental to their health. See our Allergy Information page for more information.

DELIVERIES:

Our delivery option covers most of the Dunedin area within 13 kilometers of the CBD. A fee of $5.00 will be applied.

PICK-UP/COLLECTION:

Please arrive on time at the address stated on the invoice (unless prior arrangements have been made) and not before. If you arrive earlier than scheduled without confirmation, you may have to wait until the time was specified for pick-up on the invoice. Should you arrive late (30-60minutes), with no contact or no prior notice, we will cancel your order and charge a late fee. We will on-sell your order to recoup some of the costs lost from a cancellation. Please see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
